Concealed Glass Railing System
Concealed channel — nothing visible above finished floor level
3 products in this system
A concealed system is recessed into the slab so that the channel, the packers and every fixing sit below finished floor level. Once the flooring goes down, the glass appears to grow straight out of the floor with no hardware visible at all.
What this system asks of the build
It is the least forgiving system to build: the rebate has to be formed at slab stage and it must be watertight before the flooring is laid. It cannot be retrofitted to a finished floor. If the detail is designed in early, it produces a result no other system matches.
Where it is normally used
High-specification residential, hotel and showroom projects — infinity-edge terraces, pool surrounds and feature staircases.
