These terms govern your use of the Prince Railing website and any enquiry, quotation or order for our stainless steel railing products. By using this site or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms.
1. Products & specifications
Product images, dimensions and specifications are provided for guidance. Because railings are made to project requirements, exact finishes, tolerances and supported glass heights are confirmed on your written quotation. We reserve the right to improve or change product specifications without notice.
2. Quotations & pricing
This website does not display prices. Prices are provided by written quotation and are valid for the period stated on that quotation. Taxes, packing, freight and installation (if any) are as set out in the quotation.
3. Orders
An order is confirmed once accepted in writing by Prince Railing against an agreed quotation and any advance payment terms. Made-to-order items may not be cancellable once production has started.
4. Delivery
We deliver across India and export worldwide. Delivery timelines are estimates and are confirmed per order. Risk passes on dispatch unless otherwise agreed. See our Shipping Policy for details.
5. Returns & warranty
Returns and replacements are handled per our Return Policy. Material and manufacturing warranties, where applicable, are stated on your quotation or invoice.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including product images, text and the Prince Railing brand — is owned by Prince Railing and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Liability
Products must be installed by qualified professionals in accordance with applicable building codes and safety standards. Prince Railing is not liable for loss arising from incorrect installation or use outside the intended application.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction of the courts of Rajkot, Gujarat.
