Prince Railing manufactures glass railing hardware that Spanish distributors, contractors and aluminium and glass fabricators can import factory-direct: aluminium base profiles, glass clamps, spigots and handrails in SS 304 and SS 316. Everything is made at our own factory in Rajkot, Gujarat, and we can export it by sea to Spain through Valencia, Algeciras and Barcelona. We have no office, agent or stock in Spain; you would buy direct from the manufacturer.

All dimensions are metric. Send the glass thickness, barrier height and the use category of the building, since the load changes with it.
What you get from the factory
- Made in-house. All seven railing systems are produced at our own works in Rajkot, which is how quality and finish stay consistent across a large order.
- Stated steel grade. SS 304 or SS 316, named on the quotation, with mill test certificates available on request.
- Finishes. Anodized, powder-coated, mirror and matt.
- Made to your specification. Glass thickness, supported height and profile length are manufactured to the project.
- Packed for sea freight. Profiles supported along their length with protected ends, fittings boxed and itemised.
Codes your project will be checked against
Building in Spain follows the Código Técnico de la Edificación. Its DB-SUA document sets the commonly cited barrier heights of 900 mm where the fall is under 6 m and 1,100 mm where it is 6 m or more, with gaps sized against a 100 mm sphere, and DB-SE-AE sets line loads of 0.8 kN/m for dwellings rising to 1.6 kN/m and 3.0 kN/m for public and crowd areas. Glass in a barrier is expected to be safety glass, laminated where the glass is the barrier, and the project architect and the technical control office confirm the figures for each building.
We manufacture the hardware; whether an installed barrier complies is decided by your engineer or certifier for that structure, glass and fixing. We provide profile dimensions, the steel grade and mill test certificates on request so they can make that call.
Steel grade for the climate
Spain's Mediterranean and Atlantic coasts, the Balearics and the Canaries all carry salt air, and the hotel and villa work concentrated there calls for SS 316 outdoors. Shipping to Spain
Export orders ship by sea from the Gujarat coast, where Mundra, Kandla and Pipavav are the container ports nearest the factory. The main destination ports for Spain are Valencia, Algeciras and Barcelona. Valencia and Barcelona are on the Mediterranean routes from western India through Suez; Algeciras is the transhipment hub for the south and the Canaries.
